Sophia Lee is messy where her grandparents are tidy. She’s rambunctious where her grandparents are calm. She’s always looking for an adventure where her grandparents are careful. When the circus comes to town, Sophia decides that her next adventure will be to become a trapeze artist! Gong Gong and Po Po aren’t so sure—Sophia doesn’t eat enough vegetables! She might get hurt!
So Sophia shows Gong Gong and Po Po just how tough she is and convinces them to let her try. But once Sophia gets to the trapeze school and sees just how tall the ladder is, doubt begins to creep in. With a little encouragement, Sophia is able to find her courage and learn what it takes to fly.
