Henry Barker is the pseudonym of an award-winning writer of numerous children’s books. Henry was formerly editor-in-chief of children’s books at a major publishing house and has had over twenty years’ experience both writing and editing juvenile books.

Jeff Crosby is a graduate of the prestigious MFA illustration program at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He has illustrated six children’s picture books. His first book with his wife, Shelley Ann Jackson, Little Lions, Bull Baiters & Hunting Hounds, received a nonfiction research grant from the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
