James P. Moore, Jr., is the founder, president, and CEO of ATI, formerly known as AmeriTrade. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. A former US Assistant Secretary of Commerce, Moore sits on a number of corporate and nonprofit boards. He resides in Washington, DC.
