About the Author
EMILY WHITE is a research lawyer, university instructor, and freelance writer. Her award-winning fiction and non-fiction has appeared in The Guardian, Elle (UK), The Huffington Post, Adbusters, The Ecologist, Chatelaine, and The Journey Prize Stories. A native Torontonian, she lived for several years in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and currently lives in Toronto.
