Travis Arndorfer serves as the publications coordinator for Alterra Coffee Roasters, as well as being a published food and drink author. He creates, designs, and edits the company’s three monthly newsletters for coffeehouses, baristas, and customers. Travis cowrote The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Coffee and Tea along with colleague and fellow food writer Kristine Hansen.
