About the Author

Rose Reisman is a best-selling cookbook author, registered nutritional consultant, newspaper columnist, product spokesperson, and Canadian television personality. She is the head of Rose Reisman’s Cooking School in Toronto.   Adapted by Frances Towner Giedt. Geidt is the author of eight cookbooks including the Joslin Diabetes Gourmet Cookbook, winner of a James Beard Cookbook Award and nominee for a Julia Child/IACP Cookbook Award.
