Mark Waddell

Mark Waddell grew up on the cold, windswept prairies of western Canada and has earned a Ph.D. in the history of science, medicine, and technology from Johns Hopkins University before working as a professor at Michigan State University for fifteen years. When not writing, he plays the viola in the Civic Orchestra of Victoria, enjoys walking his dogs, and slays fearsome monsters in Dungeons & Dragons.
