Zoë Crook, MA, is a therapist and writer. She received her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Zoë began her career working in underserved communities with adults and teens struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma. She currently works in her private practice with individuals and couples who are facing relationship anxiety, attachment trauma, and low self-worth.
