Elizabeth Van Steenwyk is the author of more than 50 books for young people and more than 200 articles and short stories published in adults’ and children’s magazines. She received the Helen Keating Ott Award for outstanding contributions to children’s literature from the Church and Synagogue Library Association. She lives in San Marino, California.
