Naomi McDougall Jones
Naomi McDougall Jones is a fifteen-time award-winning filmmaker as well as someone who has spent the past decade at the forefront of the fight to bring parity behind the camera in Hollywood. She is the author of The Wrong Kind of Women: Inside Our Revolution to Dismantle the Gods of Hollywood, and her writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Ms. magazine, and Salon. She is also the founder of the 51 Fund, a private equity fund dedicated to financing films by women. Naomi grew up in Colorado and now lives in Hailey, Idaho, which she fell in love with after spending three months there as the first writer in residence at the Hemingway House and Preserve.
