JANA BLANKENSHIP started her nautically inspired beauty company Captain Blankenship in 2009 while living in Berkeley, California, and inspired by the eucalyptus groves and blooming jasmine around her. Captain Blankenship has a full line of hair, body and lifestyle products and is carried in about 300 US stores, including Sephora, Anthropologie, Follain, Credo, CAP Beauty as well as Target, which carries their Sailor by Captain Blankenship line.
