Dr. Alice Ginott
About the Author
Dr. Alice Ginott (1925–2015) was a noted clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and author who conducted workshops with parents and teachers and lectured widely on parent-child relationships. She received her BA from Indiana University and her MA and PhD from the Graduate Faculty of the New School in New York. For her work, Dr. Ginott was presented with the Eleanor Roosevelt Humanities Award.
