Miroslav Penkov

MIROSLAV PENKOV was born in 1983 in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he is widely published. He won the Eudora Welty Prize in Fiction, and is the recipient of the 2007-2008 Walton Fellowship in Fiction. He lives in Denton, Texas.
