Marcia Adams

Marcia Adams is the author of Heartland and Cooking from Quilt Country, an IACP Seagrams Award winner for best regional cookbook. She hosts PBS’s popular cooking series Amish Cooking from Quilt Country and Heartland Cooking. Marcia Adams also writes frequently for national magazines, including McCall’s, Gourmet, Midwest Living, and the New York Times. She and her husband, Richard, live in Northern Indiana.
