JASON KOSMAS and DUSHAN ZARIC first became a team at Soho’s Pravda as pioneers of the martini craze in the 1990s. Together they have worked with major brands, such as Absolut and Perrier-Jouët Champagne, to create brand launches and marketing strategies. Their latest venture is Macao Trading Co. with chef David Waltuck.
